TO ORDER YOUR RING...
1.) Enter player's first and last name in the order form below exactly as you wish it to appear on the ring.
2.) Enter player's jersey number (one or two digits).
3.) Enter your player's position (Up to five characters including the "/" if entering two positions. Examples when listing one position: QB, RB, WR, OT, OG, OL, TE, DL, DT, DE, LB, MLB, OLB, EDGE, CB, S, DB, K, KR, P, etc. Examples when listing two positions: RB/LB, WR/DB, WB/CB, QB/S, etc.)
4.) To facilitate production, the order deadline is midnight on December 20th.

Please ensure the information is correct before submitting your order as what is entered will be what is used for the production of the ring.

Due to the individually customized nature of each ring, the expected delivery date will be approximately mid-January 2025.

Inner Inscription (Additional $21.00)
Add a personalized inscription on the inner surface of your player's ring (Ex: Class of 2024, Favorite Scriptural Reference, Personal Motto, etc.) To add a custom inscription, please check the box and add your text in the box provided.

Custom Size (Additional $24.00)
To keep pricing this low for a personalized custom jewelry piece, all rings are created in a default size 10. If you wish to order a custom size, please check the box below then use the pull-down menu to select your ring size (Whole sizes only). If you are a size 10, do not select the "Custom Size" option. If your player's ring size is between sizes, please "round up" - with the width of the ring this will result in the best fit.
